Shipping policy

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

Shipping is available within New Zealand only. All orders are dispatched locally from New Zealand.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available at your chosen address. If no one is available to sign for your parcel, the delivery company will leave a card with instructions for arranging redelivery or collection.

If you have provided the postal service with Authority to Leave (ATL), we are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to the parcel once it has been left in accordance with this authority.
